I never got the time to say thanks for your help with the helpdesk software. I have never seen support requests responded to so quickly, much less program upgrades for specific requests we had (the "home" link for example). I also am very happy with the fact that the program uses a simple access database, allowing us to write our own queries for any special reports we may need.
